Immediately came to our rescue on a muddy, steep hill in a remote area, worked at lightning speed with tremendous efficiency to get us back on the road quickly, and charged us a refreshingly low, fair price. His time and expertise were worth EVERY penny! Bonus: Dylan & every team member with whom we interacted via phone and in person had such warm, upbeat attitudes, which really matters when you’re in a miserable, helpless situation!
